Warranty of Goods/Services
All our goods/services will serve their intended functions. All goods will be 80 - 90% similar to the pictures.
Cancellation of Orders
We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Exchange & Refunds
All our prices are wholesale price, which is at least 30-50% lower than what the shops outside are selling.
All our goods sold are non-refundable and cannot be returned & exchanged. Exchange will only be considered for prominent manufacturer defects.
Please see below which are NOT considered as defects:
a. Slight colour differences (same colour range or any other minor physical differences), thread fray ends, wrinkles,
b. slight misalignment of seams; minor tear on seams which can be hand stitched
c. Minor stains (especially on light colour clothes) eg. washable stains, smudges and dirt
d. Sizing issues (clothes do not fit. All our items come with a measurement chart, you can use as a guideline, but +/- 5%. Please take note different batch of clothes may have different sizing hence take note of the size measurements when making purchase);
e. Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good;
f. Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange.
Return & Exchange will only apply if:-
- The size or colour is different from what you ordered
- There is hole (cut) on the item which is beyond alteration or repair.
Please note that there will not be any refund if you return the item, you can pick another item for exchange.
All postage charges for exchange are to be borne by buyer.
